Journey Through Grief
“Journey Through Grief” is Kaua`i Hospice’s 6-week bereavement care workshop to help participants deal with the complex feelings associated with the death of a loved one. Travelers along the journey are provided information, education and support to explore their feelings and learn together how loss can affect and transform us. We ask participants to attend all 6 sessions since each serves as a “stepping stone” on the journey to healing. “Journey Through Grief” is offered several times per year. Please check our calendar of events for the next session dates or contact our Lihue office for details. Advanced registration is requested.
This 2-hour free workshop allows you to practice profound listening and understanding of another’s words and meaning, while enhancing your ability to communicate on a deeper level.
