2. Make a referral
Anyone can make a referral. When the referral is successfully completed, you can expect a response within 1 business day. A doctor's order must be received prior to admission.
3. Meet with Admissions Coordinator
During this visit, a member from the admissions team will share information about services offered, answer any questions, and address any concerns the patient or family may have.
